The information that we collect will be held in the strictest confidence. For any events being held at Mon Komo Hotel by an external company, please refer to their privacy policy.

Information collected for staff recruitment is destroyed after six months unless there is expressed permission to keep private information on file.

Any individual who becomes an employee will have relevant employment information collected and kept within a secure location.

Use and Disclosure

Mon Komo Hotel may use your information to contact you for marketing purposes including but not limited to services, upcoming events, new products, promotions, and give-aways via email and telephone. If you do not wish to receive marketing communications, you may opt-out and stop the delivery of future promotional material by following the unsubscribe instructions on the email you receive.

We may transfer your information to third parties to perform services on our behalf such as – but not limited to: marketing distribution, booking engines where the collection and provision of information is protected by the use of their own conditions and specified to the customer at the time of booking.

Our relationship with third party service providers is governed by our contracts with them. Those contracts contain privacy and confidentiality provisions which are consistent with Australian Privacy Law obligations.

All information kept digitally at Mon Komo Hotel is protected by RSA 2048 encryption. All communication to said system is also protected by RSA 2048 (SSL).

Upon request Mon Komo Hotel will  permanently destroy personal information of guests.

Mon Komo Hotel may make changes to this privacy policy.

Privacy Complaint Handling Policy

Any complaints regarding the handling of private information should be directed to the General Manager of Mon Komo Hotel in writing. The General Manager will reply to complaints directly.
